Many adults who decide to get braces to straighten their teeth seem to prefer clear or invisible ones. Align Technology, Inc., which makes the Invisalign invisible teeth straightener disclosed that they received a warning letter from the FDA after an inspection this summer.
The FDA has accused the company of failing to comply with federal requirements by not reporting serious side effects that are associated by use of their devices. The company's general counsel states that the the company is working to resolve all issues.
